To change the items of the left menu (Pic.7.), go to:

\system\modules\menu\user\templates\blue\ left.tpl     lines   13, 18, 23, 28, 33 or   you may change the text through the administration panel  Template Management  >  Module Templates  > Menu  >  left.tpl .
